Hello,
In reading your story it appears your loan was suspended by the lender and your broker may have given up depending on why your loan wasn't approved. Money is not lent to people based on how nice or caring they are. Would you lend thousands for dollars to your nice coworker or neighbors? I don't know what your credit profile looks like or why you weren't approved but you should have done more on your end with your broker who gets paid a lot of money to help you find out why you did not receive an approval.

Looks like the Broker issued pre approval may be the root of this issue. Regardless of a broker pre approval, each loan must stand on its own merit when presented to the lender. We are unable to comment in more detail without loan specifics available, but do apologize for your experience. Certainly delays and issues arise in the mortgage process, particularly at current volume levels. REMN is a national wholesale lender closing thousands of loans each month, many of which are originated by brokers. Industry leading turn times and customer service are REMNs top priority.
