We found this compnay at Dallas Market Center and loved the line. We emailed to ask if it could ship faster and they said no due to the heat in Texas the candles would melt. I emailed them again 2 weeks later and they replied that they would. I received an email that Fed Ex LABEL had been created on Aug 22. The next day we googled to find out when they would be here and it still said label created. I called and emailed and reveived an email back saying that they were shipped on the 24th, Never got an updated tracking number so I have called 12 times, and emailed since the 24th with NO REPONSE. The tracking number now shows INVALID. These people are SCAMS and WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. Take the time to call PAYPAL and report them! I am working with PayPal now to get my money however I am perosnally going after them with my Attorney. BE WARNED. The itmes are very cute and so is Haley who helped us but of course is NO WHERE to be found now. If you can't ship then you need to AT LEAST contact your customers and let them know that you have a production issue. Don't STEAL and commit FRAUD. IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU!
