Complaint Review: Rent-a-center - Mansfield Ohio

first of all i can not beleive any employee would write those things. he of all people shoould know that places like that attract people who do not pay bills, have no money and don't care about when the payment is due cause they know they are getting rail roaded in the *ss by your ridiulous prices. So to put it simply you should only be so lucky that the low lifes and irresponsible people that you have to deal with are paying for your friggin vacation for the first time in 12 years. not so bad i would say, i guess you really should be thanking them instead of putting them down, cause all those overpayments charged,late payments,payments for you to go too there house, helped pay your mortgage on time this month and food on your table. thank god for all of us low class scums to be so stupid to have to go to your piss poor business to rent a friggin 300 tv.. i can't imagine someone who brings in a 6 figure that pays all there bills on time and has enough money to pay for anything in your store staright up cash want to pay 4 times the amount of something, that has been used in other homes 6 other times, half *ssed put together crappy furniture you carry and pay payments for 3 years. yes you really must attract alot of people like that. I am not rich at all and I am not poor but i do have kids and i have lots of ther things I have to pay that I know that if i do not pay i will lose and each time i have ever rented from a plave like you i treat it like they treat me like sh*t.. i don't care if i pay on time cause i know that i will pay for it enough times to own 4 of the same things. and that every employee in there is a piece of dog sh*t and does not care if i pay on it for 11 months and have 1 more left anf can't pay they will take it away and laugh about it cause that is what keeps you alive and going. rent no own just rent. change the name so people stop laughing at you and the so called business that you run. they care about payments as much as you care about comeing to pick up something that needs to be fixed. you will get to it when you can. but if someone is late you learnt here number real quick cause you are going to call them 76 times a day and go to there house and call there work family friends till you get your money or piss them off enough to come and pay. so to summarize this waste of my time and space on here i must say that i hope on your vacation you get ripped off by someone and you want justice so you will feel one schred of what every customer you make feel like crap every day and learn your lesson on what is right and wrong. watch your wallet it may be empty next week cause people like me actually will stop wasting our money at your store and go somewhere else. i hope you all close down and you are next to me in the unemployement line... that would rule.....

FIRST OF ALL IT'S BLAME NOT BLAIME.... AND IT'S SCREAM NOT SCREEM... IT WAS A COUPLE OTHER MISTAKES BUT IT WAS WAY TOO MANY TO CORRECT. But anyway rent a center will make anyway possible for them to look like they are innocent. Ok some people rent from you and don't pay you. Ok take legal actions don't blow up their phones and don't leave threatening messages. Don't come by banging on the door and for god sakes don't call their references. For goodness sake you claim you can take legal actions well do it and stop wasting your time. Because if you call someone at 7:30 a.m and they didnt' pick up guess what if you call them an hour later they are not going to pick up either. And it's really sad that you working at rent a center and just getting a vacation. I've been on my job for two years now and have had two paid five day vacations omg get a real job and stop bullying people and than taking up for yourselves it's getting pathetic and one day you rent a center employees are going harass the wrong person and is going to get yourselves hurt. I should know because my husband was getting ready to shoot one of your people when the stepped over the line and came to my house banging on my door looking for my daughter. They took it to far than and now that I think about it I should of let him shot the guy.

You have to realize that these people live in a society where takeing personal responsibility is frowned upon. They have to blaime somebody else for the situation they are in. If they don't blaime somebody else they will come to the realization that they are in the position they are in now because of choises they made in the past. The morjority of the population will not take responsibility for them selves. They want somebody else to take care of them. They screem about their rights and freedoms but will do nothing to take responsibity on earning them. Freedoms come with a responsibility. They want the freedom to choose what to watch on TV but don't want the responsibility to choose a healthcare or 401k plan. The framers of our constitution would be so disapointed in the state of our country now.
