DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We rented a townhouse from these people and it has been one nightmare after another. First we move in and the hot water heater doesn't work. We go back and forth with them for a week and a half before they finally agree to fix it. That's a week and a half of me, my girlfriend and our 3 girls taking cold showers. The next issue was an outlet in the kitchen that would not work they first sent a handyman. He couldn't figure it out. So then we had to inconvenience ourselves on another day for an actual electrician to come fix the problem. Next an outlet on the patio doesn't work. This time they send an electrician and he determines its a gfi in the upstairs bathroom that was blown and so they billed us for the electrician coming out. The next issue was that the tub upstairs did not have caulking around it so when the girls played and splashed water and then the water ran down the back of the tub and eventually caused the downstairs bathroom ceiling to collapse they said that was our fault as well. Now, when we moved into this place we had pets and Richard, their agent that showed us the place knew that because we told him several times. As a matter of fact they charged us an extra deposit because my girlfriends credit wasn't so good and Richard said he would leave the pets off the lease because they were already charging us and extra deposit and we told him we could afford no more. Now they come to us two weeks after the bathroom incident and say we have 7 days to get rid of our pets or they will terminate the lease and we will need to move. I asked well what is the pet deposit I will pay it and they said no deposit either get rid of pets or move out. The woman we have been dealing with is Fina Hernandez
