I rented items from the lebanon location and i must say these people in the rent2 own there suck. First they called my job every week to ask for a payment at my job. my boss had to tell them to contact me on my own time that the consent call were interfering with my job. this was just to get they regular payment. when i changed jobs i call spoke with a manger i explained i was going thru finacial hardship so i would be late paying my bill. but they called me every day non stop and texted me all day asking when a payment would be made. they came to my house harrased my child and got a number of a friend i was with that day. now they called her everyday leaving really horriable vm saying they gone keep calling till someone returned they calls. they left all my acct info on my friend vm and after she told them this was her ph not mind and to stop calling they still called with no shame... i would advise you not to rent from them.. i almost have my items paid off but this didnt make these people use a lil compassion and to try to work something out with me.. i have every intention of paying them off just to get them off my back.. but i really feel if they gone be rude about this i will take my time and caught a few of my other bills up first b4 i take care of them.. keep you money america dont rent from people who dont respect your privcy or understanding to hardship you may have.... i hate the whole store of rent2own they dont care about you so dont help keep these rude people in business

You agree to a deal with this rent-to-own place, you fail to live up to your end of the contract to make each and every payment on time, everytime. The COLLECTION machine is turned on by YOU because of YOUR actions and you come here crying and wailing because you don't like their bill collectors calling you, right? Oh, and now you have financial hardships and you want them to accept payments when YOU want to pay, if at all and in amounts you decide. Sorry, it doesn't work that way but you knew that all the time, otherwise you would get a bank loan and buy the stuff that way. Oh wait, you can't get a bank loan, can you? Golly, I wonder why???
Let me save you some effort. Don't bother writing back, "You must work for them" because I don't.
More advice? If you don't want bill collectors to call, then you pay your bills!
