When this company contacted you they are going to be very nice. My contact person was Kurtis Mosier. After you paid them $450.00 they will stop answering the phone or emailing you. They will give you addresses of properties in a nice location that it 's going to be your future listing.
They will tell you to hold because the preservation department needs to go there to put a lockbox. Time is passing and suddenly you are going to see the property listed by another realtor. When you find out the FRAUD it is too late. They will not answer your phone calls or emails! Be careful! The company is supposedly located in Florida!
