REPAIR LENDING ,repairlending.com Offered to do a free diagnostic on my car when they finally called me back 2 weeks later they told me it was 2400 dollars then i told them i want it back they started talking about storage fees of 10 jacksonville, Florida
These people are a rip off. They picked my car up for a diagnostic and i finally get a call after wondering for 2 weeks. They told me it would be 2400 dollars. I said i want a break down and jenna said i will call you back with it. Again a week later i had to call them. 90 dollars for transmission oil alone. Then there were parts that jenna couldnt tell me about. When i called them back i told them i would pay for the diagnostics and the tow .. Well she said the computers are down she would call me back. She didnt. I called today. She said oh well if you just want to get your car out it would be 1100 dollars. I was pissed. I said what for she said oh storage. I told nother was ever said about storage. She said thats what it would be. They are taking people money and ripping them off bad. She said 700 dollars was for storage. When it was their fault for it sitting that long.
