SHADY and deceptive business practices - Ordered igniter in consideration of repair to my mom's oven. Received part, took out of box, and did nothing further with it as additional diagnostics revealed different problem with the stove. Placed igniter back in original packaging, but didn't get around to mailing it back till several months later, right around 365-day deadline. Part was extremely secure in return package. Returned in original packaging and box repiarclinic used to send to me, put surrounded with additional air bubble wrap.

Send return through USPS and wait to see credit appear on credit card bill statement. Still nothing after over a month so I call to inquire as to status of the refund. I speak to one woman who tells me the refund was denied because the return was late and the part broken. I then speak to her supervisor Ray, who makes same claims. After I provide the post office tracking number that indisputably demonstrates that the return was received within the required 365-day period. Ray provides no explanation or apology for that little lie. But still claims the part was broken. But he can't explain how it was supposedly broken. Additionally, he claims that they sent an email informing me of such, but I never received such an email (they used a defunct address for email at job I was no longer at). But no phone call to explain their unreasonable and baseless decision. And now they have supposedly disposed of the part, so they can't even tell me how it was allegedly broken.

Everything about the transaction was shady. They claimed I was late in return, which I wasn't. They claim part was damaged but cannot tell me how. A part I never used and sent back to them in their original packaging. So they either sent me a damaged part or are not being truthful; given how they lied about the return being untimely, I'll let you surmise what's really going on here. ORDER YOUR PARTS ELSEWHERE

RepairClinic made it right - finally spoke to Joey (female), who reviewed the situation, acted extremely understanding, and issued the requested credit, thereby correcting things and making the matter right. Thank you Joey
