Repairtech phoney extended warranty plans Bayonne New Jersey
We bought our digital camera through FotoConnection.com with 3 year woranty. We are trying now to contact Repairtech for the last month and all in vain. Answer machine just ask you leave amessage, so someone would call you back. But guess what. No-one did. Fax doesn't work and there are no reply to our emails. Rood customer service from www.FotoConnection.com doesn't care either - they don't stay behind products (wotanty service in this case) they sale. My advice buy electrinics from reliable stores (Circuit City, Bets Buy, Sears, etc...) its 5-10% more but it's worse it.
