I am an agent with Ryan Cole Realty LA, I was contacted by salesman Andrew Lumley Client Retention Manager Reply! Real Estate, [email protected] [P] 925.983.3400 ext. 1011 to sign up for real estate sales leads in Sherman Oaks, California which is Los Angeles. Company is owned by Payam Zamani :known as Reply Real Estate. I was offered to waive the account set-up fee and I would pay only for actual leads received for a fee for the duration of my enrollment; He also stated that the was a "no hassle" lead credit policy if I contacted them within 3 days of receiving an invalid lead. He would not allow me to view the terms and conditions until I signed up he assured me that he was immediately sending me a confirmation email that addressed his offer.

I gave them my credit card number then allowed to seutp the account - none of the perks he offered were there, the no credit allowed for invalid leads if the company seem to have a difficult time to determine that merely the name and either an email address or phone number of the prospect was correct. The "pre-screened" leads accurate was simple info of a name and telephone number - allegedly to be a verified and correct way to contact the prospect. Horrible!

I requested to quit however, they purposed for 30 day cancellation policy so after numberous emails for a cancellation I was sent to Colette Munkner - who finally made the authorization to cancel the account after I stated that I would report them to the California Department of Real Estate. They still charged me $ 164.85 which they will not refund because they can not reverse charges.

I can not believe that Reply company continuing its unethical practices preying on desperate Realtors and salespeople who they know are too lazy in looking at what is being charge and deperate to make a business relationship to live and pay their bills.

We have reviewed your account and there is no refund due at this time. We do not credit for any reason, those leads that you retuned within the parameters of our credit policy were credited. Those that were not we were not able to remove from your account. I apologize for the inconvenience; please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Thank you and have a great day! So, you are saying that I am paying for leads that were reported to you but you ignored the request or someone did not do thier job. Look at these statements - do you think I appreciate recieving these leads. And on top of it, paying for them!!! I want a refund back!

Jesse Acebal - False Address - I notified within a day

Gary Borkman - person does not exist.- I notified you within the same day.

Aletha Auzenne - selling a timeshare made a mistake - does not own property - I notified you within the same day.

Gwendoly Morrison - did not sign up - an unknown person signed her up and she has placed a police report - putting you and I on the report. I sent you a message right away and on the same day The leads are bad.
