I was called by a rep from (http://marketplace.reply.com/) Reply.com. Alvin told me that his company sold leads at only $45 a lead and that I would only pay if the leads closed and funded. This sounded great. Their was a $14.50 set up fee, which I didn't mind. I figured that was the only risk. He guided me through a website sign up and asked for credit card info to charge the $14.50 fee. After the weekend, I checked the site and read the actual fee charges. $45 each month, $45 for each lead given, and $45 if it closes and funds. They could put a thousand leads on the site and run. That's what they began to do. I cancelled immediately, but I was later charged three seperate charges totalling around $500. I had to cancel my card to get them to stop. I emailed
[email protected] to cancel as well as using their contact us page, without any help. They continue to charge my account. I would like to know anyone who was also a victim to file a class action law suit against them.
