Resales by Owner in Daytona Beach, Florida should be reported by anyone who gave them money to advertise their timeshare.
The $300.00 it costs is a total waste of hard earned money. They make all kinds of promises like, we have a definite buyer, and we will contact you in two days; or you know the people that were going to buy??? Well they backed out at the last minute. They do this constantly if and when you can get someone on the phone. They do this during the time frame where it is too late to get your money back. So, they collect $300.00 or possibly more from thousands of people who are desperate to sell their timeshares to put food on the table and they do nothing but smile all the way to the bank. They are liars and thieves. I am putting a call into the State Attorney's office for Florida as well as putting in a dispute at my bank for services that were paid for but were not received. Please do not do any business with this company. It is a total scam and the state should shut them down for good.
