Research Consultation Pros RC Pros - Dissertation Help Waste of Time - Better Help is out there Internet
I was initially enthusiastic about working with RC PROs on my dissertation. I started out with one consultant who then quit and then had another consultant, who was located on the West Coast. His availability was very limited and I tried repeatedly to get in contact with him.
When I did get him, he seemed confused about my topic and my research and the calls were pretty useless. He really only chimed in on whatever I said ("Yeah, you can do that") without really offering advice. In fact, he gave me bad (misinformation) which I relied on to my detriment and put me even further behind.
Ultimately I contacted the company with concerns to only be told no refunds, I only had minutes left which is impossible given I talked with the consultant for only an hour and it was clear he hadn't really read the material provided and finally because I had only complained recently about my consultant, they were not inclined to address the problem. Not going to fix a problem I didn't know about. Wow. Thousands of dollars down the drain and nothing was gained from this. What a ripoff.
