I ordered a Bullboxer leather boot for $100.00 from resellmatrix that I waited 3 weeks to recieve and when I contacted them I recieved a reply from sanaa@topfashionsale that it was shipped on it's way and I would recieve a shipping number when the shipping company sent it to them. LIES!!!! I finally recieved a pair of shoes that where not the boots I ordered and didn't even come close to what I ordered. It was fake man made leather and it smelled horribly. I contacted the company right away and below is a copy of the corrispondance.
(THEM) I am so sorry for that.Our delivery department has investigated this issue and they told us that they did send you 100% right item. However, the express company made a mistake. They sent the other's order to you and sent your order to others. We are now finding a best way to solve this issue.
(ME) It's been a week since I've last heard from you, I would like to know when and how this issue is being resolved.

I have reported this issue to our manager,he attaches great importance to this event. Since you are the first time to do business with us,we
really appreciate that. Our manager said that he will not let you down. So, he will ask our delivery deparment to send correct item to you again
with discount 30%. Then you can keep the goods you received,don't need to waste money to send back. That is a good way to solve this issue.

No that is not ok!!!
This was your mistake NOT MINE! The shoes you sent aren't worth what i have already paid you! They're cheap manmade material and they smell like gas. Not even a close substitute for what I paid.
Refund the amount I paid or send the correct item. If you can't do either of those I will file a complaint against your business and your website. This is a scam!!!! (THEM)
As you know that the mistake was made by express company not us.
No matter what,we want to solve this issue with you in a friendly way.
Could you please give this item to your friend who is suitable. Or resell item in your locality. Then you can save the shipping fee to send item back.
And we send New Item to you with discountable price.
