I was aproached by the phone with the offer to sell my timeshare for a determined sum.  For this service I needed to pay in front $3.388.00. I was given the confirmation of this contract in writing.  I can provide the copy of this as needed. I was then promised that the closing of the sale will be on May 13, 2011.When no further info was coming I tried to call numerous times the Company, namely Mr. Morris Dunston, who was in charge of the sale, but no one answered my messages.  I then sent two faxes to Mr. Dunston, requesting details about the closing. No answer from anybody.  Now I cannot speak with anybody, or get written answer from them.  The given phone no. 877-881-4076 is only an answering service, where I can only leave a message. I concluded that this is a scam and ripoff. I want to retreave my $3,388.00.I can provide all copies of the contacts with them.

We got a call from this company out of Florida. They had buyers ready to buy our Royal Elite timeshare. We paid an upfront fee of $598 expecting to hear in the next day or so that our timeshare had been sold. So far, we have not received on phone call back. When we call them, they are not available to talk. Please check out these "people" thoroughly before giving them any money. They are very convincing. There should be a law that the money should be returned since they represented themselves in so many ways

Resort Club International & Royak Elite Timeshare Scam

We called Resort Club International and wanted to sell our Royal Elite timeshare. A sales associate told us that if our property did not sell in six months, we would get our money back. That was a lie. I called and they said they do not give refunds. They are thieves and liars. We are so upset. We no longer trust any company. I have turned them into the Justice Department.
