RESORT CONDO PLUS - Don Draper DON'T DO IT! They will promise you they have a buyer, they will lie, lie, lie and hound you until you pay their "closing costs", another lie Magnolia Texas
I was contacted by Don Draper who told me he had a family in another room that wanted to purchase my timeshare. But I had to pay a closing fee for title ect. in the amount of $2600.00. He said that I would get a call confirming that I wanted to go through with this but I had to say "NO" I was not told there was a buyer to the person who would be recording my call because they could not legally sale in advance. I was very concerned about this and the first time I would not do it.
He called me again, numerous times and said that the "buyers" were willing to come back and they had completed all of their paperwork. That he made his money from the interest they would be paying for the timeshare. He promised my timeshare was sold but I had to say NO in the recorded call because legally he could not sell in advance, but assured me he did have it sold. Unfortunately after his persistance I did as told and now I'm stuck.
He did not return my call as promised. When I finally reached him and said that I did not want to continue, he said that I would not get my money back and that he would fight me all the way if I did not drop my dispute with my credit card company. He promised to send me an email or fax that I had a sell, got nothing. This company and this person is nothing but a major con.
DO NOT GET DUPED, THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL!
