Resort Owner Services LLC. Marketing ANOTHER TIME SHARE SCAM, Internet
I was contrcted by Resort Owner Services to sell my timeshares. I told the salesman I already had it listed with another company but they were not doing anything and not even keeping in contact with me. He ask if I had already paid for it, and they (resort owner services) could probably get my money back, I signed on with Resort Owners to list 2 different timeshares for a fee of $1,800.00.
A couple months later I called to see how things were going, the salesman suggested I rent them out until they sell. Another $450.00. This company did keep in contact with me when I would call but I don't think I should have paid up front to list with them. They have had it listed for 10 months and there has been no action on it. Since then I have found out payment up front is not legal. I am sure they know that. I e-mailed to cancel and refund my money May 21,2012 but have not heard anything. ANOTHER SCAM!!! YIKES!!!
