Resort Solutions FAILURE to adequately advertise and market property Williamsburg, Virginia
Resort Solutions failed to adequately advertise the property I listed with them. They only listed it on the website. The listing was very hard for me to find. I can only imagine how hard it must be for a buyer to find it. They can't tell me how much interest there has been. They also can't give me dates and sales of similar properties. This is information I need to know in order to evaluate whether we have it priced right. When it was listed they told me it was worth an amount that I can only now consider inflated since it hasn't sold in over 3 months and there has been an undetermined amount of interest in the property. I believe they intentionally inflated the value in order to bait me into a contract. I need this to be refunded so I can sell it through an honorable organization.
