Resorts International Marketing Corporation ripoff Doesn't seem to do anything at all Pompano Beach Florida
I listed two resorts with this company in January, one for sale and one to rent, and have had no offers. What irrited me the most was I even had a co-worker who wanted to purchase a week and I called the company gave them their name, phone number and email address to contact them for the purchase. After 10 days I was contacted by my co-worker and she had not heard from this group. It seems to me, when I give them a sale in their lap the least they could do is follow through. When I called I got the run around about how they had to contact the resort to find out what they had available and when. Wouldn't it make sense to contact the person wanting to purchase a week and find out where and when they want to go first? I do not believe this company does anything but collect your money. Their website is confusing and hard to find, and customer service is slow and unreliable. After I called and complained, they got on it right away, but why should I have to continue to contact them for them to do their jobs.
