Resources United - PowerOneGroup.net FRAUDLENT, DECEPTIVE, LIES, THIEVES! Segundo California
Resources United, under the control of James Johnson, was under contract to sell a shelf corporation along with a 300K line of credit. The cost of this was a $15,000 upfront fee. The contract was supposed to be fulfilled within 90 days. After the 90 days was up, James Johnson was elusive and would not answer phone calls. He had his assistant, Yenan, lie for him and state that he was ill, out of the office, out of town, and numerous other excuses. I asked for a complete refund and was told it would be received in 21 days. After the 21 days, there was NO sign of any money. I kept calling and bugging them. After 42 days (this is 9 months after the contract was signed), James sent a check for $5,000. He still owes $10,000 and will not respond to e-mails, phone calls, or anything else. I have filed a complaint against him with the California Attorney General's office and he will also be getting sued. I'm also contacting the FBI to let them know he is taking large sums of money from people fraudelently. If you see an advertisement on Craigslist for shelf corporations, DO NOT buy from this crook! He is a fraud, thief, and a liar at best.
