I will leave names out of this to respect anonymity. I paid the owner of this company $6,000 for an email marketing campaign that was supposed to include 60,000 emails. Before I paid the owner he also assured me at least a 1% sales conversion so 1% of 60,000 would be 600. My first complaint is he only gave me 23,000 emails. Of those emails some of them had not been active since 2009. I HD to take the owner and his tech guy to small claims court. Both of them lied under oath the whole time with claims they provided arbitrary costly services which they did not. I noticed the owners name has several lawsuits against him. His shady uncle is an attorney and complete sleaze ball. I hope for their own sake they start being honest with themselves and others. It's their own eternal soul that HD to worry about lying under oath and lying and stealing from good people. Overall a horrible experience working with response wise and I would not recommend this company.

Michael Herman from Responsewise guarenteed a 1-3% return on a 60,000 email list. I suggest you read my ripoff report again so I dont have to repeat myself you know you lied to me and under oath. You'll get whats coming to you fat lying crook!

The fact remains that your understanding of the services you purchased are factually incorrect. You were presented with not only a clearly defined service agreement but also participated in multiple phone conversations as well as email communications discussing what was to be provided.
Your claim that we promised you a 1% conversion on your email sending is unimaginable. As a side note speaking to your honesty, you claimed in the complaint paperwork filed along with your lawsuit that we had promised you a "3% return". Once again you are skewing the facts to suit the outlet. We would never promise a monetary percentage return on a purchase of service. That would be akin to your phone company promising that your sales department will net you a specific percentage of income simply for purchasing the phone service you make those sales call on. We are a service provider, not a marketing agency.
We did everything we could to support the email communications you sent for your All Natural Vegan Beauty Box business. The problem arose when you began importing hundreds of thousands of additional "borrowed" email addresses and began sending unsolicited (spam) email for a predatory Mortgage Refinancing operation. The terms of our agreement with you did not allow this, nor does our Anti-Spam policy.
Your accusations that we would not only defraud you but lie under oath about the services we happily provided to you, as we would any customer, are troubling. We strive to provide the very best service possible and it would never be in our interest to treat anyone as unfairly as you've claimed we treated you.
Also, I have included the document from the court where the judge ruled in favor of Response Wise because we provided in court and clearly did provide services way above and beyond what was paid for.
We sincerely wish you the very best in the future and hope to put this unfortunate misunderstanding behind us both.
