Restaurants Beware!! I signed up for 30day service. Was told it would bring in many new customers and most everyone would spend much more money than the discount price. My personal experience was only 11 new customers and 72 times my regular customers used the discount. On average, the customers spent approximately twice the discount. So for a $20.00 check I received $10.00. My profit is 12%. So I lose about $7.60 per customer. One customer used the coupons 3 times in 1 week!
When I signed up, I was told that there was a 30 day cancellation notice. I told the sales person to turn my notice in when I signed up. If he was correct about the program, I would extend my deal. 4 days later, they are still selling my coupons. I called and was told there is no longer any cancellation notice. The sales person I talked to was rude and pretty much told me I was a liar about the 30 day notice. I asked him to check with the sales person who signed me up. I told him they were selling coupons past the date agreed to and wanted reimbursed. He accused my of trying to shake them down. They're selling certificates they are not authorized to, they keep the money and I'm shaking them down??
If my restaurant is not down by end of day, I will sue there sorry asses!!!!!!!!!
