Restoration Hair stole $67.95 for an item purcased mistakenly & returned unopened for a refund San Jose California
While doing research on products to stop hair loss and aid in hair growth I came across Restoration Hair.com and they offered a special rate on their product.
Out of all the products I discovered I decided to try this one. I do not recall signing up for an automatic shipment to get the special rate. I never sign up for automatic shipments for anything. (Besides I had not used the product to determine if I liked it or not.)
Anyhow, time passed and I was billed $67.95 for something I didn't order. I went through all the channels to contact the company after receiving the item, marking it return to sender and sending it back.
When they responded I was told I signed up for auto shipments and any items returned without some type of return code were thrown out and I would receive no refund. Who would throw away the product you're selling for profit? Do not purchase anything from this company.
