Be very leery of these black hat saboteurs. They had relatively good reviews online so we decided to give them a go, though we had some black hat marketing red flags up front, e.g. baiting and switching us on the number of keywords we could optimize, which we caught them on with their project mgr. The worst part is that within 24 hrs. of handing them over FTP and login access to our site, they rearranged a bunch of our coding that caused, among other things, our entire blog and events calendar to disappear! We thought it merely coincidental, or just some kind of outside hackers or web bot at first, until (after having our webmaster rectify the problem, only to have it revert back hours later to being messed up again) and ten days later we got the login access logs from our web host that showed definitively that they, ResultFirst, deliberately and with malice aforethought sabotaged our website! We have noticed a distinct drop in phone inquiries and figure we have lost $100-$200 in revenue per day for ten days now. They should be called PayFirst, because the result is that they get their money up front, and have held our website coding hostage, likely in lieu of us eventually having to come to them for an up-sell in remediation for something which they themselves caused. Reprehensible! Atrocious! Their kind of SEO/website tinkering should absolutely be performance-based in terms of payment, obviously! But really these kinds of black hat marketing tactics need to go the way of the dodo bird. We have sought a refund, and will be commencing a lawsuit/notice of claim of trespass upon our intellectual property, and seek appertaining damages for the time and money lost cleaning up their mess.

Chris it is sad to see that you have chosen this channel to highlight the issues rather than talking to higher authorities at the company. You and Ruchi have never had a conversation.. not sure what interest you have to spoil the reputation of ResultFirst without even trying to talk to the organization heads.

 Your posts starts saying that you talked to an ex-employee of the organization and it seems like it is more of an ex-employee grievance that is being vented out. You also run a business and I am sure you understand that the relationship between an employee and a client are very different. It would have been great if you had heard both sides of the story before taking on the public channel. Just to highlight few points the employee you are referring to has been a part of the organization for about 4.5yrs which is a long time to believe in what the organization does. Not sure how exiting on a bad note will suddenly change the ethics of the organization. I rather have doubts on the intent of the employee and would be more alert on hiring anyone like this in future.

 For your website we have emails sent by your partner mentioning that they have figured out that the issues are not because of work done by ResultFirst team. In the history of ResultFirst we have not had a situation like this. We would love to correct the issues if they have been created by us. Please share your log details for the same.

 We give lot if important to anything  that our clients highlight and have always gone the extra mile to please our clients. We  will be happy doing the same for you as well. Also as a suggestion please in future please go through the escalation hierarchy of any company you work with before you chose to go public about it.

ResultFirst Director Ruchi Pardal is a Scam-Artist Busy Sabotaging Her Client's Websites

We just learned today from a former employee of ResultFirst that the Director of this company, Ruchi Pardal, has been engaging in this kind of systematic "crippling then upselling" sabotage of websites for a long time. He said that he asked her why they don't utilize better ethics, and she said, "It's not time yet to do the right thing." Again, BE VERY LEERY of this company and whatever you do, DO NOT give them any money or control of your website at all. Steer far away. Also, their sales manager, Dean Carr, is completely unresponsive and seemingly ignorant of the fact that his company deliberately wrecked our website, and when we phone-conferenced with him a couple of days ago, the sheepish "uh-oh, I'm caught red-handed" tone of his voice said it all. He has not responded to ANY of our communications attempting to rectify the situation. Likewise, their extremely ignorant, arrogant, dismissive, excuse-making liar of a project manager, Nishtha Parihar has given us no proper remedy for the absolutely wanton crippling of our website, and keeps avoiding the aforementioned gigantic red herring in the living room, making excuses and, in short, being completely useless! ResultFirst is an utterly greedy bunch of money-grabbing shysters who seem to be, on some level, retarded - or at least devoid of common sense or sense of ethical propriety in the least.
