I had the worst experience with ResumePlanet.com. They came so highly rated and recommended. I ordered professional resume from. I provided them the information that they needed. They first needed more time to get my resume done than the 5 days that I paid for. So my resume was late getting back to me. When I did get it back my name was wrong. Then i noticed that some of work experience was duplicated through out the resume. Then some of the company names were wrong, cities and dates were wrong. If that was not bad enough, I had to add information to work history, because 60% of the information was incorrect. I had to demand the cover letter that I paid for and that was wrong too. The problem with this company is that they are based internationally, and after you pay they try to up sell you other services (items to be placed on your resume). I had to tell the guy three times that I did not want what he was selling, that was in three phone calls, with him calling me. I am not impressed and I will not recommend anyone using them. They are incompetent, sloppy and down right ignorant. They had all the information that they requested and they still could not get it right.
