There are other similar reports about this company, so I'll be brief. They're a ripoff. They are not native english speakers, and that's how your resume comes out. They are good with Word so you'll get some interesting format choices, but the writing is 3rd grade. They'll keep doing revisions for you, but it doesn't get any better. I have better things to do then chase these clowns for $125, so I can't speak to the refund experience. That's probably what they hope. But as per the other reports, these folks are useless - STAY AWAY. Interestingly as I write this (5/16/08), their site is down. Maybe they were just a total ripoff and have bolted as more reports like this surface. www.resumeprowriters.com

I just used ResumeProWriters and received a very good product. No asian-english to be found. I had my doubts after reading all these negative reports but I decided to give them a shot. The people I spoke to on the phone were obviously asian and some of the initial questionnaire & correspondence were asian-english but the documents I received (resume, cover letter, thank you letter and references letter) were all first class.
