You may do whatever you need to do to have this disreputable company change their practices. They advertise "free sample" which I received with the wand pump removed from the product . . . I immediately wrote to request NOT TO SEND any more product . . . followed by two more emails, not only did they immediately place a $74.96+ charge on my credit card which appeared on October 9th, I received the product over a month later this past Saturday, November 12th and today received my credit card statement with an additional $76.93 charge upon it.
I've now written them three times to obtain an RA#, however, they say their policy is in order to return a product, they require a telephone call. I ask you, if they are able to accept an on-line order, why can't a "reputable" company accept an on-line return request?
