Retrofitness Timonium Keep billing after you cancel. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Lutherville, Maryland
Saw that they over bill when I researched prior to signing. Against better judgement signed 1 year contract. After 1 year cancelled and had them put in writing that they agreed to stop charging my card. Started to get my credit statements online and ignored my statements for a few. Upon review noticed they didn't stop billing. Went to Lutherville location and manager Joe, at first was very unprofessional. He acted like we were at a bar and had a disagreement instead of at hIs job where the customer deserved to be treated appropriately. Afterwards he kept it professional and attempted to help. Their billing ABCretro was to fault. Assured me upon many follow up visits he was taking care of it. Never did. Had to stop and block them from my credit card. This has been going on for months and still isn't resolved. I haven't been credited the over bill.
Do not fall for the low price. Not worth the headache and attitude. Go to Bxxx Bxxx (((REDACTED))) for 10$ more and no trouble when you cancel.
The old "month to month after 1 yr" scam-- Retrofitness bread and butter!
Look online under Retrofitness and scam and see what pops up if you don't believe my nightmare.
