Another hard life lesson... that just got handed down to me this morning. The third party switch is a classic marketing rip-off of who are you and where and how can I get a hold of you? Preferably a human (but who's kiddin' who now?) would be best case, but don't (ever) count it. ClickBank is just another in the long and growing list. If you received a confirmation Email from ClickBank; it has a link to their home page (very vague, at that...) where you can attempt to contact customer services, which I did, and requested a refund. We'll see where that gets me in 3 to 4 business days (after my banks transaction has gone through). Good luck with it, but beware (as we all should be) of this waste of time and money in the future.

Tell me please, how many other companies are you a customer support rep for? How many *different* types of businesses are you putting on the web, charging customers a fee to access and then only giving them links to other businesses of the type they seek, who will change them more money? -------- Wow Eric, this is getting fun. That changed tonight as I am running across new company after new company .. ALL with a rebuttal by you.
