Revita eye, Beau Derma I ordered my free trial, I received it 10 days later which then went into my trial time. They charged me the full amount on both products. I have had an allergic reaction to the product. Santa Ana, CA
I received my product within 10 days, which already cuts into the 15 day free trial. I used the product and my skin which is not sensitve has broken out around my nose with huge pimples. This was using the Beau Derm for the face. I also ordered the Revita eye product and on my upper eye lids there is a rash and it is very itchy. The company charged me full price for the products because I did not cancel with in the 15 days. I did not have the products long enough to see if they worked yet. When I cancelled it is an automated service that hangs up on you when you cancel. I called again today to get my money back and she could barely speak english. I could not understand her. Never order from these scams!! I got charged full price for both products. 89$ and 86$ for each product. For some people such as myself that is alot of money. All I got was a nasty rash and a broken out face and I will now have to spend more money on a Dermatologist visit.

Hi!
What you describes is exactly what happens to me. I have now my sky damaged and I am wearing a treatment.
My case is even worse cause I didnt see on my bank account the charges until two months later , so I have lost a lot of money. I called them and they only wanted to refund me half of my money from the last shipment even I havent used their products and they caused an alergic and I needed assitant.
It is so unfair that companies like that are able to do it with impunity.
They dont only tricked us but they put in risck our face.
What coud we do?
We are already 27 of us that complaint about that and I imagine there are many more.
