I ordered a sample of Revita Eye cream, agreeing to pay a one-time shipping charge of $4.95. Shortly after, my credit card was charged $89.95 and I received a bottle of eye cream and something called Beau Derma. The bottle had absolutely no labelling, so ingredients or instructions.
Now I have discovered that I was charged an additional $91.00! I emailed the company at an address I found on Rip-off Report, and was told that I agreed to a monthly auto-ship program and that I MAY be entitled to a refund if I call for authorization to return this month's product that I have not even received!
I have demanded a refund of all charges above the initial $4.95, and I am filing reports with the FTC, the Attorney General's office in TN and CA, and the FDA (for selling 'beauty' products with no labels). My next step will be a police report in my county and Orange County, CA for fraudulently using my credit card.
