 They claim they only give out a limited number of free 14 day trials of their product, but in reality, when you choose to get the trial and pay 4.95 s/h, you are agreeing to their membership. This is where you need to open the terms and conditions, scroll to membership, here you will see that after 14 days you will be charged $98.75 automatically for the product if you have not returned it. You will also be charged monthly and sent new bottle. When you place initial order, the order confirmation/receipt, does not provide the 14 day stipulation, return guidelines or address. The only place to find this is if you go back to the website, click on trial, go to bottom and select terms. The company fights you tooth and nail when you call in, once you discover you have been charged. They never send a second invoice, you discover this on your bank statement. They say you agreed to their terms. It feels misleading as though they are leading you into a bac door agreement. If your product is truly fitting, let it speak for itself! This business practice is unacceptable and the manufacturer and distributor should be apologizing.
