I thought I was ordering a trial of skin cream by Victoria Osteen for $4.99 but received revitalize serum, renew cream, and ageless vitamin c. and charged $88. 10. The representative I spoke to at Enamoreye told me that they would not refund my money because it was a confirmed order. Fountain Valley, Ca is the address on the box. Internet
I placed an order for skin cream by Victoria Osteen on April 12, 2017 but received 3 products from a company called Enamoreye instead. I was told I would be charged $4.99 but instead was charged $19.99. On April 28, 2017 I was charged $88.10 from Enamoreye and $89.95 from Keller Precision. I contacted each company involved by phone and both automated services say thank you for calling Revitalize. On May 6, 2017 I contacted Enamoreye by phone and cancelled but was told I would not receive a refund because it was a legitimate order. This company is operating under at least 3 different names with different phone numbers. Something needs to be done. These scams should be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extend. People are being taken advantage of and responsible for charges they probably can't afford!!
