Complaint Review: Revive Youth Cream - Internet

I saw an advertisement for the Revive Youth Cream and read all of the information available on the screen.  Only cost was for shipping and handling of $4.95 so I decided to try it.  I received a coupon code that would expire within 2-3 minutes.  I checked to see that it was a secure site and then completed the order form.  The order was confirmed with no mention of additional costs.  pressing the continue button started bringing up additional offers of products  The first two I simply pressed the Continue button because no other options were available on the pop-up screen.  I am using Windows 10.  Several more popup/product offers were presented.  After the first two there was an option to say "no thanks, I am not interested".  I know there were like 6-7 different products offered.  Finally I was given the option to finish order but there was no display or listing of the products.  At no time was there any way to go back into the order.  When I received the Summary screen I was shown that an order for 3 different products had been placed.  One was for 14.95.  The other were for 4.95, shipping and handling each.  My intent was to only get the Revive Youth cream for a shipping charge of $4.95.  Nothing else.  The order numbers were provided on the screen and I did a screen capture to get the information awaiting an email confirmation.  The email never came.  I found contact information of 1-800-836-0752 and an email address of [email protected].  First I called the phone number and was prompted for the phone number I used to place my order.  I did not use an phone to place order but I had provided a phone number for my order.  I entered this information and it returned the response that no order was found with that number.  I tried to reach an operator by pressing various prompts and zero but it continued with the prompt for my phone number.  I hung up and waited for about an hour and then called again.  I was not able to find any other contact numbers for the product.  same thing happened with the second and third phone call of the day.  I then decided to send an email to the customer support email address stating I wanted two of the products removed from my order. 

Next day on Monday I had not received any email response so I again called the 1-800 number.  This time there were many other options available and many choices based on the product.  I selected the item Revive Ice Cream to speak to a representative.  "Cindy" came on to help and she went thru her routine to offer me other discounts and extend the trials.  Asking me why I had not called the same day I placed the order.  All kinds of nonsense and deflecting the issue that I wanted my order Cancelled.  Telling me the items had already been shipped.  I asked for the tracking number but she never gave it to me.  During this game she also told me that I would only be charged a portion of the original product cost of $97.  No where did I see anything about a cost.  This was for a free trial.  Now I am pissed.  She kept saying her system could only offer me this deal or this deal.  I got so frustrated with the game.  Finally she told me to return the products once they arrived and she would cancel my orders.  I am sure she did not reverse any charges that were already made and she did not resolve the matter as I had requested.  After we hung up I did receive two emails regarding the cancellation of two of the orders but they were not for the correct products. 

Do not work with this company or try any of its products.  If it is that good the company will be easy to find on the internet.  Word of mouth will sell their products.
