 Fell for the "free" trial of Youth cream. Sample caused my skin to get inflamed and irritated. I thought I had cancelled my "membership" a week after I received "free" sample. Email confirmation was never received of "cancelled" but support ticket but believed what computer told me on phone that was cancelled. Cost of each item is over $90 each. I received the cream and the serum together as a sample set. Advertisement said these were 2 month supply set. Turns out further orders come separately which means bigger processing fees attached to the overall cost. Not just under $100 for the set, but just under $100 each set. WTF! Anyways it was cancelled shortly after receiving the products when I found my skin did not tolerate the products. Received new cream shipment today Mar 2, 2017.

Called customer care center, numbers, website etc were all different then what I originally used cause it was some fitness health site. Revived Youth Cream .com does not look the same and has different products now and so many different miracle skin care product websites come up on google search now. Oh all from the same city and state with p.o. Box numbers only for contact information. Suspect all connected. Language of products very similar. Anyways I called customer care number I found on here, because it was recent report. Cancelled membership yet again. Waited 30 minutes to speak to someone. Told them that partial refunds were unacceptable per consumer protection laws I can return full unused products via mail and get full refund within certain time frame. I think for mail order it is 10 to 15 days in my state.

Put my foot down would not accept 35% or 50% discount because I cancelled. Just cancelling by phone only never gives you a confirmation number, no company name is given just product name. Customer service representative realized that I was not backing down. She gave me two "authorization numbers" and a different P.O. Box number to return both shipments after " conversing" with a manager. I only waited less then 5 minutes for them. Really? Received confirmation emails confirming full refund being applied to both shipments for authorized returns within minutes of call ending. Will be sent certified mail. Just know All is sent by United States Post Office, so credit card fraud along with mail fraud are federal crimes. So if I do not see refunds posted on my card in 2 weeks they will be reported to my bank fraud unit and federal consumer protection for both these things. Just do not back down. Just want to share because so many others are dealing with these crooks. This former call center worker for well known insurance company knows how to deal with script robots well.
