Revolution Tilt - Michelle Macphearsen - Michelle Macphearson Software didn't work, and havn't recieved a response from them in nearly a week Internet
I purchased the Tubeinator software, and paid for my activation. Instantly I had a problem that when I tried to log in this message appeared.
"Tubeinator has encountered an error."
Fair enough I thought, and went through the troubleshooting on the website, checked I had all the relevant framework installed etc. So I decided to contact them.
I received no response, and my message with ticket number remains unread by anyone. I've wasted money on something that doesn't work, and I want a refund. But how do I go about this when no-one will get back to me?
I read another report which claimed the same kind of thing happened.
I would not advice anyone to use this software, not because it didn't work, but the lack of technical support I received.
