Richard, You submitted 1 support request on December 25, Christmas day. You then immediately filed your complaint here on December 26. I understand you may not celebrate Christmas, but my staff does have that day off work. Tickets are responded to within 1 business day. For the record, I do not own the website: http://www.socialmarketingmedia.com nor do I have any association with it. You wrote, "The support pages also do not give anyone the ability to contact these people." The support page at http://support.revolutiontilt.com/ allows you to submit a ticket, which you did. We welcome and encourage contact from our customers via that support page and it does, in fact, give you the ability to contact us (as you did, successfully). You wrote, "their activation system does not work." I'm sorry it did not work for you, this can be caused by unusually high security settings on your browser at the time of purchase. 99% of customers have no problems activating our software. Those that do can, as mentioned previously, contact the support desk and receive a response within 1 business day. You wrote, "Noone will ever call you back or respond." We do, again, within 1 business day. Christmas is not considered a business day for those of us in the US. Finally, you wrote, "They use several squeeze pages, affiliate program generation pages, and viral marketing pages to trap clients." We do not have several squeeze pages. I'm not even sure what a "affiliate program generation page" is, but we don't use them. And as far as viral marketing, we don't do that either. If customers pass along the word about our products, it's because they enjoyed them - not because we're using any techniques. What we do have is a blog where information on internet marketing is provided daily free of charge. We also have 2 products for sale with accompanying web pages describing the products, as well as a free report on using social media in your online marketing. That's it. That being said, your refund has, of course been issued pursuant to your request and your software deactivated. -Michelle MacPhearson
