I bought a very expensive new track home 10 months ago built by Hawkins Homes in Clarksville TN. Settling problems everywhere from day one! Most neighbors also having building defects of many sorts. According to my neighbors, Rex Hawkins does his best to dodge repairing his code defects and should you see the text conversations of Rex Hawkins go between man Donny & I, who at Rex instructions, drags out avoiding repairing these code violations with every excuse imaginable (3 months of excuses), such Rex Hawkins 1 year builders warranty expires before code and mechanical repairs be fixed, you be mad as hell! Now that I only have 2 months of my builder construction warranty remaining, I hired a building engineer Wally Crow, who determined Rex Hawkins used supporting lumber to hold weight of roof up and set these supporting posts on non load bearing floors in the attic, which are causing multiple reoccurring door and tile and window glass damage which will destroy value of all 200 homes Hawkins Homes has built in Eagles Bluff subdivision, plus devalue hundreds of new homes in his other subdivisions as well in Clarksville. I ask TN State Government to order Clarksville TN building code Deputy Director David Kimberling (who I already spoke to regarding what Rex Hawkins is attempting to get away with at homeowners loss of home value) to inspect all homes recently built by Rex Hawkins, since my simple demand from Rex for structural plus resulting interior and exterior damages plus $250 cost of engineer plus $2K interior/cracking of walls & paint money be paid directly to me, I was effectively spit upon by greedy Rex Hawkins! Other neighbors in same sub division are also being denied fixing code & mechanical violations, thereby causing potential loss of future tax revenue to TN government accordingly! I need TN Inspector General & TN licensing board help in protecting hundreds of new home owners from Rex Hawkins houses losing tens of thousands of dollars in resale value due to these houses not built to code! Lenders may refuse to make loans to new buyers of these code violated homes. Rex Hawkins is greedy man who needs his license revoked, along with giving financial reimbursement to all buyers for loss of home value, plus Rex intentially not taking action to make these repairs! I will only, since Rex Hopkins effectively spit upon my nominal request for loss of home resale value, accept as a settlement offer be $30,000.00 cashiers check made out to me, plus correct building code violations and fix everything broken or damaged within this poorly constructed house by April 15, 2018. According to special witness Dr Ariz R Mehta MD, Mia Dreyfuss has pre existing chronic pain syndrome & pain addiction of which Dr Babenco is well aware of from January 2016 forward, plus Dr Babenco did Patient Abandonment upon Mia Dreyfuss which is concrete and iron clad! See CBC guidelines for prescribing Opiants for chronic pain syndrome patients. Dr Mehta is willing to testify in writing or other mannor before this court! Mia told me Dr Babenco discussed numerous times while alone with Mia, that as Mia illnesses progressed that Dr Babenco would up Mia oxycodone & morphine significantly, even add opannas dilottos and all pain meds Mia needs throughout Mia life. If expert testimony is required, please call his office at least 4 weeks in advance!

Eagles Bluff home builder Rex Hawkins along with Clarksville building code deputy director David Kimberling plus a repair crew only after my making many reports of possible code violations throughout Hawkins Homes development proved that at least one board supporting the roof was not sitting upon a supported attick floor, of which had to be moved. Given that struggle I had to encourage Rex Hawkins to repair his code violation, resulting master bath tile running cracks Rex refused to repair!

Rex Hawkins, builder of hundreds of homes in Clarksville TN, with building code violations possibly for most of the houses he built, of which Rex stopped engineer Wally Crow from submitting his report to me after I already paid Wally Crow $250. Wally promised me I would have his report by e-mail this afternoon. Being it is now evening Wally Crow is ignoring all my texts plus my phone calls!
Donny promise me that a window repair man would for certain repair window broken by settling attic yesterday, then rescheled today at 5pm this evening, yet the repair did not happen! Not even was there a courtesy phone call to cancel. I have since sent report of home builder Rex Hawkins code violations to the following agencies: DOJ, Attorney General Herbert H Slatery III, TN State Gov, TN License Dept, TN Finance & Administration, TN Department of Commerce.
My suspicion be these Gov departments will not be too happy knowing Rex Hawkins is attempting to cover up his many building code violations. Home purchasers, of which many are U.S. Army personnel, would want to know how Rex Hawkins of Hawkins Homes is choosing to deal with all the building code violations Rex appears unwilling to repair.
