Rey Rodriguez Wiseman Capital Group Not A Trust Worthy Business Man San Antonio, Texas
Over a year and several months ago, Rey Rodriguez stated, he could finance a church loan. After a $4,500 D/D Fee was applied, that's when all the tricks came out the box. First the constant request for addition paper work over and over again, after a full package was summitted. The underwriting process that went no where. The problems with computers crashing, family members being ill, weather conditions you name it, we heard it. After several months of waiting for a commitment to lend went unresolved ,we felt like victims of a mortgage scam or con artist. Rey, if you can't do as promised then return the $4,500 that was sent to you for financing. Over a year of this nonsense has to stop one day. If we can resolve this matter in an professional way I will report back and give an positive report. But, if we have to file legal paperwork, that will be reported as well. I feel if you can do this type of thing to a Pastor and his church there is no respect for God in your life and that's bad.
