RezBiz LLC. is a company that owns at least three resume websites. They prey on unsuspecting job seekers promising them that the resume produced will yield a guarunteed interview/job. Here's the truth. No one can make such claims. They rip off desperate jobseekers by charging an outrageous amount of money for a resume template that is easily found all over the internet. They employ everyday joes as contractors who only have a background in writing. So when you think you're speaking with a real human resources generalist/specialist, in reality you are not. It is a predatory practice used to ensnare unemployed people into falling for the hype.
They have no background in reworking military or federal resumes. So if you're thinking about shelling out the fee they charge for your resume to get on a federal agency's list of qualified candidates on any job at usajobs.gov, you might want to think again. In the end, you'd do better writing your own resume. At least you won't waste money on a company that preys on jobseekers.

As the owners of RezBiz LLC, we would like to respond to this report with the facts. We have never stated in any of our websites or marketing materials that we guarantee jobs. This is 100% completely false and a lie. We would also point out that the person who wrote this report cannot spell the word "Guarantee" correctly which calls into question his or her ability to write an accurate report or accurately critique the credentials of our writers. The facts are as follows: We do not guarantee jobs on any of our websites period.
We have an interview guarantee on ONE of our websites that we stand behind. This guarantee states that we will rewrite a second resume for you if you do not get an interview. Never do we guarantee jobs, nor could we, nor could anyone. Regarding the statement that we "rip off desperate job seekers," this is nothing but slander and a baseless claim. The principals of RezBiz have been in the staffing industry for over 15 years and have placed thousands of people in jobs over the years. We have thousands of customers who have received job offers and positions after using our services.
We do not charge an "outrageous" amount of money. We have resumes as low as $50, and many people use daily deal sites for our service. The statement that we employ "every day joes" as resume writers and that we do not have "real human resource generalists" is completely false. We have many writer biographies on our websites and invite all our customers to review those biographies and the corresponding writer qualifications – including those who are human resource generalists. The usage of the word "predatory," is outright slander.
RezBiz and it's owners have been in the staffing industry and resume writing business for years and have helped thousands of job seekers get back to work. This statement appears to be made by an individual who has clearly had difficulty in their job search and would expect that anyone would guarantee them a job. The only one responsible for getting anyone a job is yourself. Our resume writing services are available to support that part of the job search process. Finally, customer service is extremely important to us and we respond to each and every customer concern immediately upon receiving any issues.
