WASTE OF TIME !!!

I went to this company for a home loan and was told I would be approved for a home loan of certain amount (100,000).  They told me Jenni would be my loan officer, and she would assist me in the home buying process.  She was very rude, did not have time to call her customers back.  I had heard others say not to try RH Lending, but I decided to give it a chance......BIG MISTAKE.  Basically they wasted 7 weeks of my time convincing me that my loan would be approved, and then at the very end they denied my home loan request.  This put me and my family in a bind since we were expecting this home loan to go through.  They reassured me that my loan was in process and everything was fine...Lie.

This place is a bunch of dishonest, rude individuals who will make you believe your loan will workout and then they let you down at the end.  Please dont waste your time here.   I contacted Lonnie ( the CEO) and he was rude, and very unprofessional.

This place needs to be shut down so others dont get screwed, especially since there are several other complaints against Lonnie.

You started this complaint, so I am asking WHY where you turned down?  What reason did they give you? You gave no reason why.  The loan company makes NO Money, 0, nada, zilch if they turn down your loan.  So in order for them to make a profit, they have to loan you money. So, Inquring minds want to know, WHY were you turned down?

Either your credit score changed dramatically, or you took on new debt right before closing.  Mortgage companies will often do that.  They will make sure you have not incurred any new debt right before you purchase your home.  They want to ensure that you will be able to pay this loan back.

The Mortgage companies often warn the customer not to go out and take on new credit card debt, buying new furniture, or lawn equipment, or refrigerators, or washing machines, or dryers, etc.  I think you get the picture here. So was th is what happened? Please let me know.  I will stand buy until you inform us.  Then I can make a decision as to if the loan company is a fraud.
