Dear Reader,

Edward Kind the owner of Rhino Construction /Rhino Tree Service - is a dishonest scam artist, Beware do not give this guy any kind of work or upfront funds. He will take the upfront money and leave your projects uncompleted . He will then try to extort/scam more funds by giving you all kinds excuses, like "he needs more money for materials" or to "pay my guys" as he puts it. The little work that actually does do is rickety.

I hired him to do two jobs simultaneously, a clean-up on a property and some deck work on another. I paid him $6500 total. He did very minimal work (nowhere remotely near the $6500). He took the $6500 bought a few hundred dollars in material and left them on the front yard. On the second job he a very minimal clean-up and left the bulk undone. He than agreed to pull a permit and complete the deck . He started giving me excuses after excuse for over 3 months. He than stopped answering my calls  The value of work that he performed was no more than $2000 for labor and materials total on both jobs.

He has a lincense plate on his truck that says "SOSUEME", I only noticed this mid-way during this whole ordeal. It was to late I had already cut him the checks by this time. The license plate attests to his true nature and character. He is a cheat and he wants the world to know it. What reputable businessman encourages folks to sue them. It did cross my mind and I did comteplate bringing legal action againts him, but chances are that he is insolvent and uncollectable, and the whole thing will be a waste of time and money.

I'm in the process of dealing with the police as I feel he has commited contractor fraud. I'm also working with the Building and Safety departments for the abandoned and open projects left, and for not pulling permits on one of the jobs. It's all a headache and time consuming but if I can stop him from pulling this con job with other people, it will all be worth it. I've had to pay another $10,000 just to finish the projects that he started. I am now very pleased with the new company I hired and the work they are performing.

Do not get scammed like I did by this unscrupulous scoundrel. Run the other way if he ever solicits you for work, or upfront money.

Best regards,

Scott Izairi
