Rian Hicks Scam Artist Puppy Mill Breeder Montreal Internet
Looking for a pure bred animal? 30 different types of dogs, kittens, and other such animals are that of being advertised by a guy on Facebook by the name of Rian Hicks. He has numerous accounts. He is well known to St. John's NL for sending animals that have been sick. He is a suspected "Puppy Mill Broker". Here is my story.
In June 2013, i was directed to this Rian Hicks for a full bred himilayan kitten. Before i did my research (stupid me). I spoke with him over one of his facebook accounts, and asked about these kittens, he replied rather quickly saying he had a few left and they were selling quickly and he was shipping them out to NL that following saturday. (he is in Montreal). So i jumped at the chance, thinking he was LEGIT. I asked if he had a "Male Blue Point Himilayan Kitten" he said yes. He said 300$ for the kitten and 75$ for shipping, he said Email money transfer and my kitten would be on the following flight for Saturday June 22nd @4:40. So i sent the money and he accepted. I never heard much after that. No word on saturday. I wrote him, excuse after excuse has lead me here. In which i have spoke to over 10 people over facebook that have also sent money to him and have recieved nothing. Thousands of dollars have been paid to him, and no animals have been delivered. When you get irriated with Rian, he curses at you, and asks for more money, calls you out of your name and says " Your Cheap". Rian is FULL of lies and stories. Stories about the animals being sick right up to hookers, friend with no legs, and etc, this guy is a piece of work. I am not the only person in this boat. Not only is he a suspected Animal Broker, in which i knew nothing about, but he is at the point where he is just accpeting money for animals he does not have. I have been waiting for over 2 months now. With promises that the kitten would of been here already. He now has me blocked on all 3 Facebook accounts, and refuses to give me a refund or a kitten. Which i doubt there is any kitten. Either way, this Creep of a man needs to be outted. Everyone is to become aware of his scam, and how he is ripping off innocent people, then slandering their names. He has made facebook posts about me calling me "Pathetic c**t, Blonde Bimbo, b***h, Cheap, and numerous of threats". People need to beaware of this man.
