It's an unfortunate circumstance that you have, but there are only going to be more people like you. If I had to guess, this debt settlement negotiation business will dry up soon because a few of the largest banks in the country are sick of these guys. I guess there are just too many players in the personal injury business or these guys are too lazy to chace ambulances, so they got into the debt settlment business. To be honest, you can get the same deal any debt negotiator can, if not better. I have done it for a couple friends who got in over their head. I've been in the financial services industry for a number of years, I've negotiated with several banks, and you can probably get 40-50% settlements without much effort, maybe lower depending on the circumstances such as balance, delinquency, etc. If you can't come up with the money to pay settlements right now, contact your lenders and try to get on a hardship program or go to a reputable non-profit CCCS group. Good Luck.

you should file complaints with the attorney general's in ohio, Fla., and the state of Mass. as well as the FTC. put in as much information as you can including how now this Brennan, suddenly has no connection to them, but he was the one they sent to you. They took your money and provided no serve and made matters worst for you, by not doing as promised. demand the return of your money, put everything it writting, phone calls are not proof you tired to take care of this. If you do have to claim bankruptcy, make sure the courts know what was done to you. The BBB, has no real power
