Mr. Richard Avers is a scam artist who rips people off by telling them he has a house for sale and when you get to the house the house is not livable. He uses a lady by the name of Flo and a man named Johnnie Williams to scam people out of money. Flo will tell you that the house is wonderful and Mr. Johnnie Williams will send you fake pictures. They will give you a low price and tell you it is a rent to own. The house is terrible and has rats and other things living in it. There is no water and no windows. They get you there and then try to rob you. Mr. Avers has Ms. Flo living in a garage in the back of the house and once you are there they will get you. The house is not livable and all these people are liars. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!!!!!!!
