I realize the report was originally written several years ago but I had just today stumbled on to the response that the Bail Bonding Company's owner (RICHARD E. DICKERSON) was not suspended.
I do stand corrected -- it was not suspended -- it was REVOKED! The difference is that a suspension is temporary and a revocation is permanent.
The following is the information provided on line at the Arizona Secretary of State's website: http://www.azsos.gov/scripts/Notary_Search.dll/ZoomNotary?NOTID=159941. This is a copy of what is given when looking up information about an individual's notary license.

Obviously the man was not following the state's Public Notary laws, rules, and regulations. This is the true record and the truth of the matter.
