Richard Glover , Friends @ Family llc boss is mentally ill and is a thief and very abusive plymouth, Minnesota
Richard Glover has a wife, that is physically disabled and needs constant care with 2 aides during the day. He is verbally abusive, very racist, women, people of ethnic origin. talks behind other employees back about their personal life. On at least 1 occasion Richard also undressed himself infront of a female emplyee in the kitchen. Richard also could have a sexual harrassment suit on his hands. But Richard isn't worth my time. He also has ocd, manic depressive. Beware!!!
Richard I have seen him change the time on an employees time card. He steals money from the mn medicare, The state of Mn should not be cleaing his stuff, doing his dishes, organizing his belongings... the list goes on. I pay enough in taxes and don't need someone making our taxes go up even higher!!!
If someone has experienced same or simular. I would bewilling to testify on your behalf. Richard is one mentallyill fellow!!!!!
He is even verbally abusive to his wife, name calling, screaming at her, and the poor wife can't speak at all.

Behaviors continuing, threatening licenses

I'm going to keep this short because Richard is a sad waste of my time. Mr. Glover has threatened to have my license taken away if I walk out on him. I am currently in the certification process and don't even have this specific license yet and he has already threatened it.....seriously Richard??? He continues to talk about other employees behind their backs. A good example of this is the "who brough the bedbugs into my apartment?" conversation. He has blamed every single employee he can possibly think of and honestly, the bugs have been there longer than his currently employees have been. He still continues with his racist remarks. One of his interviewees was an African American woman and he flat out told her that she "must speak clear english, I will not tolerate any jibberish". We've just recently discovered that he likes to google his employees to find information that we will not tell him because he has no business knowing. I understand that "normal" employers do this to some extent, but this is considered stalking. He is constantly making suggestive remarks to myself and other employees. When told to stop, he threatens my license once again. I second what the above post says, this man really is one mentally ill fellow.

All of the behaviors the original poster referred to are still occuring as of July 2015.
Mr. Richard Glover continues to be verbally abusive towards employees. I was told by Mr. Glover that my job was "so easy, a monkey could do it... so why can't you do it right?" I have also been told to "shut your big trap before you say anything else stupid." Shortly after I was hired, Mr. Glover asked me if I had any mental health diagnoses because he didn't want a "crazy person" working for him.
Mr. Glover also continues to make profoundly racist remarks in front if his employees. He mentioned to me once that he was glad I "wasn't black" because "black people are lazy. The Glover residence has also recently became infected with bed bugs. Mr. Glover attributes this to the "dirty colored people" bringing bed bugs in from their homes.
He also continues to defraud the government by having his wife's PCAs do all of his personal errands, while they are being paid to care for his wife. I questioned this behavior and was told that if I didn't like the way he did business, I was free to leave." Needless to say, I left.
I have worked as a healthcare professional for over a decade and have never seen anything like this.
