Richard J. Sullivan has stolen from investors and family alike, since at least 2010. He doged paying his ex wife support and was finally mandated by the court to pay.
He has been mixed up in a questionable political deal with former Mass. Senator Scott Brown.
Now his company GDSI may be involved in a pump and dump scheme being reported by IHub investors.
