To the person or persons responsible for publishing this report.

You have mentioned that you brought this matter to the attention of Amazon.com. I do not believe you, because the publication of this material in any public forum is a serious breach of Amazon's Terms of Service. Amazon would have santioned you immediately had it learned of the publication of this material on Amazon's forum or in any other forum, such as Ripoff Report.com. and knew of your identity on Amazon. Because of the severity of what you have done, Amazon would likely have permanently banned you from participating on Amazon and would possibly have taken legal action against you if it deemed that your activities violated Amazon's intellectual property rights or trademarks.

Further, when you first published this defamatory material, my rank on Amazon was No. 34 out of approximately 35,000,000 reviewers. Today, my rank is No. 14 out of roughly 40,000,000 reviewers, making me one of the Top Reviewers on Amazon. Had Amazon deemed that anything that you claim you reported to it to have merit, Amazon would have taken action against me, which it has not.

I am certain Amazon will be interested in learning your true identity, particularly given the fact that you claim you are a Top Reviewer on Amazon.

I suspect you are a vendor or seller who was unhappy with one of my reviews, or a disgruntled reviewer who is jealous and envious of my success and popularity on Amazon.

In due course, I will take appropriate action against you.

I felt I should add this. I did some more research into this person to see who they really are. Public records and a few internet searches show that Amazon Reviewer RWM is a man named Richard Warren Meirowitz who lives in West Babylon, New York. He is poor quality attorney in a lower class Long Island suburb. He lives in a small 500-600 square foot senior housing and appears to be around age 72.

The New York bar association has him listed as

So if you are a company who is trying to get him to review your products, think twice! Don't send this individual anything because he is scamming the system.

You would think a lawyer would have better ethics than to manipulate his comments. But wait, aren't lawyers famous for being slimey?

Meirowitz clearly is in the position to value freebies. One can assume that Amazon reviews are his main bread and butter. Now this would be all good and well if Meirowitz used the Amazon system honestly, but he does not. He has a reviewer rank of 30-40 right now which means he sits at the very top of the heap.

Deleting, or "whitewashing" his posts is fraudulent. This is a way to artifically boost his ranking and make people think he is more helpful than he really is.

Being a top reviewer myself, and an honest one, I cannot stand it when I see this monkey business, or fraud rather.
