Having worked with Richard and Nancy Joaquim professionally for over 20 years, I can vouch for the depth of their character and the integrity they bring to bear in professional and personal endeavors alike. They are respected pillars of the community that have reached out to many people and organizations with their generosity and support.

This is a scam we have identified with several other clients, where persons use the internet to make derogatory statements and threaten more statements if they do not settle for some benefit to the attacker. Because of the liberties of the internet, the attackersare able to sneak away from being pinned down leaving the victim to submit rebuttals. Fortunately, ripoffreport.com allows rebuttals to false, defamatory, scandalous, degrading statements. Anonymous attorney Anonymous attorney, you must be retired as your facts are just BS rhetoric with zero validity. Two things: A.) Learn to spell or use spell check. B.) Hire an outside firm, I like Buchalter Nemer in Scottsdale to review my incriminating documents I have in regard to Richard and verify the wire transfer slips I have and lets conclude this. Your scam comment is as big of a joke as you are. I want to call you an idiot, although it's like calling a disabled person a retard. These tit for tat games are ridiculous. There are respected citizens of Phoenix, AZ. The negative statements about them are being perpetrated by Brett Everett, AKA Gerald Toliver, and other fictitious names. What this individual has done to the Joaquims is to defame them in order to seek payment of fictitious obligations. I have personally reviewed the Joaquim statements that were made against them, which are derogatory. For the most part they are entirely false. To the extent there are insinuations, such insinuations are entirely unfair and misleading. I have known the Joaquims and have worked closely with them for manyears and foudn them to be noble, ethical, upstanding and worth great priase in their lifetime. It is a travesty of justice to allow them to be smeared by these public insults. Soon we will be able to work with criminal and civil litigation attorneys to bring legal proceedings to prevent these injustices in a society of free speech.

This is not true, we have never not paid back any loans or obligations that were due. This individual has repeatedly tried to assert untrue claims, with no substatiation, there is no truth to his claims.
